Caltech-MIT Voting Technology Project: How To Register To Vote

Massachusetts General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2004.

The deadline to register to vote is Wednesday, October 13th, 2004.

All you need to do to register in Massachusetts is fill out a small form including your name, a valid residential mailing address!

Cambridge

You need to register at any one of these locations:

• Cambridge City Hall - 795 Massachusetts Avenue:
  Go North on Massachusetts Avenue a couple of blocks past Prospect Street. City Hall is on your left, right after Inman Street.
• Cambridge Election Commission - 51 Inman Street:
  Go North on Massachusetts Avenue a couple of blocks past Prospect Street. Just before City Hall on your left, take a right on Inman Street. Walk 2-3 minutes. Just before Inman hits Broadway, you'll see 51 Inman on the left. Up the stairs on your left, you'll find the Election Commission.
  
  

Boston

If you think you're already registered in Boston, you can verify your registration online.

The easiest place to register is at the Boston Election Commission, located at Boston's City Hall. Go to the Government Center stop on the Green Line: City Hall is in front of you as exit the T. Go in through security, look for Room 241: Left down two sets of stairs, then loop around past the parking ticket offices to find the Election Commission.
