Brief Statement of the Problem:

Recirculating quartz delay lines have frequently been employed for
pulse integration in radar systems.  A novel modulation and feedback
system is proposed which should permit much longer effective
integration time to be achieved with the same stability margin as in
present designs.  A bread-board model will be constructed.
